Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), the following information is provided in order to make the user aware of the characteristics and methods of processing personal data, specifying that "personal data" means any information which, directly or indirectly, refers or may refer to the natural person, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") as well as the Legislative Decree. 30 June 2003 n. 196, as harmonized by Legislative Decree. 10 August 2018 n. 101 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”).

The information is provided only for this site (www.bullcare.it) and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

a) Identity and contact details of the Data Controller and the Personal Data Protection Officer.

b) Categories of data processed, legal basis, purpose of processing

The Data Controller processes the personal data of users ("data subjects") collected while browsing the website, during purchases as well as during the use of a service and/or a functionality transmitted to the website itself.

In particular, the Data Controller collects and processes the following categories of data.

Navigation data (IP addresses, domain names, time of requests, other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment, etc.): these data, connected to the normal functioning of the site, are used for the sole purpose of to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. In this case, the provision and execution of the services and/or functions constitute the legal basis of the processing. The personal data (identifying and/or contact) provided by users when using the website, by completing the contact forms in the individual sections, in which it is required to indicate name, surname and contact details.

The legal basis in this case is represented by the execution of the contract of which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures necessary at the request of the same (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR). The personal data collected will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose pursued.

The contact data (name, surname, email address, telephone number and/or address) of users interested in being updated through the sending of periodic marketing communications also through the sending of newsletters, subject to the granting of explicit consent pursuant to of the art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) GDPR, freely revocable at any time via the link at the bottom of each communication (request to revoke registration) or by sending a written request to the Data Controller using the contact channels indicated.

In general, it is specified that the acquired data may be processed by the Data Controller to comply with legal obligations, judicial proceedings or orders from the competent authorities as well as to allow the Data Controller to exercise his rights. In this case, the fulfillment of the obligations established by law, by a regulation of community legislation or by an order of the Authority, constitutes the legal basis of the processing (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c) and f), GDPR)

c) Methods of data processing using IT tools.

The processing of personal data is mainly carried out using IT procedures and supports, such as websites, databases, management software, CRM platforms, etc. All tools are configured in such a way as to comply with the principles applicable to data processing in accordance with the provisions of the art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, accountability). Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit and incorrect use and unauthorized access, pursuant to art. 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679. The site may contain links to other websites managed by third parties, just as it is possible that third-party websites direct to the owner's website: before entering their data on third-party sites, the interested party is invited to consult the conditions of privacy policies used by the individual website. In all cases of addressing, the Data Controller does not obtain personal data of the interested party from third parties and, therefore, declines any responsibility regarding the use of such data by third parties.

d) Data retention period.

The Data Controller, in compliance with the principles set out in art. 5.1.c), GDPR, will process personal data for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes indicated above, as well as to fulfill the legal obligations imposed for the same purposes. The data collected for marketing purposes will be kept for 24 months, unless consent is withdrawn. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

Once the retention terms indicated above for each purpose have expired, the data will be deleted or made anonymous.

e) Communication of personal data

Within the limits of what is provided for each specific functionality and/or for each specific service, the personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, i.e. it will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of making it available or simple consultation. They may, however, be made accessible to workers and/or collaborators who will provide them employed and under the responsibility of the Data Controller, in their capacity as designated and/or authorized to process personal data and/or System Administrators, and/or to companies third parties or other subjects who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, appointed for this purpose as Personal Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. The updated list of subjects appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR can be requested from the Data Controller.

f) Data transfer to a third country.

The owner does not transfer the data collected and processed to a country not part of the European Economic Area or to an international organization. In any case, if this proves necessary, the Data Controller guarantees that the transfer of personal data will take place on the basis of adequate guarantees and/or on the basis of pro tempore adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission towards those countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection , in compliance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR.

g) Rights of interested parties.

It is specified that, with reference to their personal data, the interested party may exercise the following rights:

right of access to your personal data, pursuant to art. 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679;

right to obtain rectification, pursuant to art. 16 of EU Regulation 2016/679;

right to obtain cancellation, pursuant to art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679;

right to obtain the limitation of processing, pursuant to art. 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679;

right to data portability, pursuant to art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679;

right of opposition, pursuant to art. 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

right to revoke any consent given, at any time.

i) Complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
