Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.

In case of high order volumes, shipping times may experience delays, but we will strive to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.

In the event of delays not attributable to our will but related to the shipping service, we provide full assistance to track and monitor the package. In such cases, you can contact us at info@bullcare.

Shipping Rates and Estimates for Domestic Shipments

We offer shipping at a rate of 6.90 EUR to the following countries: Italy (excluding islands).

Free shipping in Italy for orders over 50 EUR.

International Shipments

All international shipments are prepared within 48 hours and shipped within 7 to 15 business days. No responsibility for delivery delays can be attributed to the seller.

We offer shipping with the following rates:

Asia (Taiwan): for shipments between 0-4 kg, the shipping cost is 55.00 euros. How Can I Check the Status of an Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive the order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@bullcare.it specifying your name and order number, and we will conduct the necessary checks.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition and we refund the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@bullcare.it providing the order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Shipments in Italy

Shipments in Italy are generally made via BRT. It is possible that some packages may be delivered by different couriers depending on the fastest service.

After receiving payment, Bullcare undertakes to process orders within 72 hours, unless there are any events preventing the normal conduct of business. In any case, the buyer will be informed by the Meelove staff.

Once the order is processed and the package is handed over to the courier, the order will be delivered to the customer:

Orders are shipped by Bullcare SRLs, on Monday from 15:30 to 19:30, from Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday afternoon.

We would like to remind our new customers that Bullcare SRLs may request PayPal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterpart bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Bullcare SRLs reserves the right to request new Customers to ship the goods to the same billing address.

During sales or promotions periods, shipments may take longer. In any case, Bullcare SRLs reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure events.

In the case of pre-orders (unavailable merchandise), products can be purchased and will be shipped on the date indicated at the time of purchase.

For each order placed on the Portal, Bullcare SRLs issues an invoice or accompanying fiscal receipt for the shipped material. For the issuance of the fiscal document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. After the issuance of the fiscal document, no changes will be possible.

Except for Promotional Initiatives specified on the Portal, shipping costs, indicated on the Portal, are borne by the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Nothing additional is due from the Customer in addition to the total order amount including shipping costs (excluding any customs duties).

Estimated times for order processing and delivery of purchased goods are indicated on the Portal. Bullcare reserves the right to offer alternative shipping methods (such as delivery of products to a store), which will be indicated on the Portal when completing the order.

In any case, Bullcare will not be responsible for the shipment of the goods subject to the order, which will instead be carried out by a professional carrier (express courier) as indicated on the Portal, and no responsibility can be attributed to Bullcare SRLs in case of delay by the courier or in relation to any other event or circumstance relating to the shipment of the goods by the courier.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:

a) the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated on the invoice, receipt, or shipping documentation;

b) the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier by the Customer, by placing a written control reserve (specifying the reason for the reserve, e.g., "torn packaging," "crushed packaging," etc.) on the courier's delivery proof. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot make any claims about any damage caused to the goods during transport.

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, according to the procedures provided in these General Sales Conditions.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the Customer at the address provided in the order, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery a second time; if the Customer fails to contact the courier or is unreachable for delivery, the goods will be returned to Bullcare and will be held by the latter for a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. Any additional transportation costs resulting from the courier's failure to contact or the Customer's unreachability will be fully borne by the Customer.

In the event that the purchased products cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer can choose between:

Product replacement; Refund; Receipt of a coupon code of the same value to be used for subsequent orders. The customer will be contacted by the Meelove Cosmetics staff and, in this case, the shipment will be made as soon as an agreement is reached.

Switzerland - Important Notice: in addition to the shipping cost, since Switzerland is not part of the European Union, the customer/recipient will also have to pay:

  • Swiss VAT on products, including shipping costs: approximately 7.7%

  • Customs duties based on the gross weight:
