RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases made within the websites www.bullcare.it
In the event of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter shall have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the effects of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the product; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods ordered by the consumer Buyer with a single order, the fourteen-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal shall begin from the day the last item is delivered.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the aforementioned 14 days:

The withdrawal communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.
Bullcare promptly communicates to the consumer Buyer a confirmation of receipt, via email to the email address communicated during the purchase procedure on the website, of the exercised withdrawal.
In accordance with Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products tailored or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery (Article 59 letter i) of the Consumer Code).
Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer Buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any deficiencies.
For purchases made within www.bullcare.it, the purchased products must be sent to the address Via Silvio Pellico, 59 Bollate MI 20021 unless otherwise indicated by Customer Service.
The only expenses due from the consumer Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Once the withdrawal request is received, Bullcare will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs and any customs duties) by the consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the consumer Buyer with the withdrawal communication and in any case using the same payment method used by the consumer Buyer at the time of purchase. Simultaneously with the refund of the amount paid, Bullcare will eliminate any benefits associated with the purchase and possibly assigned to the Buyer as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g., discount vouchers).
Bullcare will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received for appropriate checks, in any case within 60 days from the date of receipt of the return form. If, however, the methods, conditions, and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.
In this case, the consumer Buyer may reclaim, at their own expense, the product in the condition in which it was returned to Bullcare. Otherwise, Bullcare may retain the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the consumer Buyer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transportation costs are borne by the Buyer.
In case of loss of the package, Bullcare shall not be liable.
In the case of orders exceeding €40.00, we recommend insurance on the package.
In the event of damaged and/or opened products, used and/or with damaged packaging, Bullcare cannot proceed with a refund, even partial.
