Shipping Information

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number.

In case of high order volumes or unexpected logistics issues, shipping may be delayed. However, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Flat rate: €6.90

Free shipping for orders over €50
(Excludes minor islands and remote areas – surcharges may apply)

International Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

IMPORTANT:
All customs duties, local taxes, or additional import fees are always the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any applicable charges before placing an order.

Denmark, France (excluding islands):
  0–1 kg → €23.99
  1–3 kg → €26.99

Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.:
  0–1 kg → €20.99
  1–3 kg → €25.99

Argentina, Bolivia, Peru: 0–2 kg → €52.00

Switzerland: 0–4 kg → €25.00

USA:
  0–2.9 kg → €38.40
  2.9–5 kg → €50.29

How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days from the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@bullcare.it with your name and order number.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
We will refund the order amount excluding the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@bullcare.it with the following:

• your order number

• photos of the external packaging, shipping label, contents, and visible damage

We will review each case individually and do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
