Shipping information

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

In the event of high volumes of orders, shipping times may be delayed, we will in any case strive to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.

In case of delays not under our control but connected to the shipping service, we provide complete assistance to track and monitor the package. In this case, you can write to info@bullcare

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

We offer shipping with a rate of 6.90 EUR to the following countries: Italy (excluding islands).

Free shipping in Italy for orders over 50 EUR.

International shipments

All international shipments are prepared within 48 hours and shipped in 7 to 15 business days. No responsibility for late delivery can be attributed to the seller.

We offer shipping at the following rates:

  • Asia (Taiwan): for shipments between 0-4 kg, the shipping cost is €55.00.
  • Denmark, France (excl. islands):
    for shipments between 0-1 kg, the shipping cost is €23.99
    for shipments between 1-3 kg, the shipping cost is €26.99
  • Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:
    for shipments between 0-1 kg, the shipping cost is €20.99
    for shipments between 1-3 kg, the shipping cost is €25.99
  • Argentina, Bolivia, Peru:
    for shipments between 0-2 kg, the shipping cost is €52.00
  • Swiss:
    for shipments between 0-4 kg, the shipping cost is €25.00
  • United States:
    for shipments between 0-2.9 kg, the shipping cost is €38.40
    for shipments between 2.9-5 kg, the shipping cost is €50.29


How can I check the status of an order?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive the order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@bullcare.it specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in original condition and will refund the full order amount, less return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@bullcare.it by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
